รายการยาแผนปัจจุบันสำหรับมนุษย์ ที่มีข้อกังวลด้านประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัย
สืบเนื่องจากช่วงนี้เราจะมีการต่ออายุทะเบียนยา อย. ก็เลยดูเหมือนจะถือโอกาสให้มีการทบทวนทะเบียนพร้อมกันในคราวเดียวไปด้วยเลย โดยยาเก่าๆหลายๆตัว พอความรู้มันอัพเดท ยาที่เคยใช้ได้ ปัจจุบันมันก็เริ่มไม่ make sense แล้วว่า ที่เคยใช้ได้ ทุกวันนี้มันยังมีประโยชน์จริงๆอยู่ไหม หรือมันยังมีประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยคุ้มค่าเมื่อเทียบกับความเสี่ยงอยู่หรือเปล่า อย. ก็เลยประกาศมีการประชุมคณะกรรมการซึ่งก็รวมถึงหมอในสาขาต่างๆด้วย แลัวประกาศรายชื่อยาที่มีข้อกังวลด้านประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยออกมาว่ามีตัวไหนบ้าง ที่ อย. คิดว่าปัจจุบันนี้ ยาพวกนี้ประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยมันไม่น่าจะโอเคแล้วนะเมื่อเทียบกับความเสี่ยง
หลังจากนี้ อย. คงทยอยเรียกประชุมผู้ประกอบการที่มีตำรับยาดังกล่าว เพื่อหาข้อสรุปร่วมกันว่าจะเอายังไงดี (แผนงานตามตารางในรูป) จะตัด active ตัวที่มีข้อกังวลออกไหม ซึ่งหากผู้ประกอบการมีหลักฐานข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยมาแย้งว่า จริงๆมันยังมีประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยคุ้มค่ากับความเสี่ยงอยู่นะ ก็เอามาแย้งได้
เบื้องต้น อย. คงบังคับใช้กับทะเบียนที่จะ renew รอบแรกในปี 67 นี้ ส่วนทะเบียนอื่นๆ อย. น่าจะมีประกาศให้มาแก้ไขทะเบียนตำรับตามที่ได้ข้อสรุปตามที่ประชุมภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดต่อไป
